This winter I’ll be teaching a course on Leadership for the first time. So, as any respectable Art of Hosting practitioner would do, I decided that I needed to break from the way this course has been taught in the past, and made to choice to go full on with participatory leadership.
It’s not perfect, of course, it’s a prototype of sorts, but I thought I would share here the course outline, in case it could inspire or spark a conversation among those of us working in university contexts.
